Korang ada tak kenal sapa2 yg workout dah lama tapi still tak nampak perbezaan dia?

Salah satu punca adalah dia tak control calories intake dia, contoh dia nak fat loss tapi calories intake dia still tinggi & workout 7 kali seminggu pun still susah nak nampak result di sebabkan dia tak control calories intake dia. Sama jugak bagi yang nak naikkn berat badan, mesti ambik calories lebih dr biasa so baru lah berat badan boleh naik. Make sure kena consume ckup protein, carbs & fiber.

So bagi sapa2 yg dah workout lama tapi still tak jmpa result boleh DM sy. Insyallah sy akan tolong.
